Aquarius seeks to clarify why the disembarkation is not coordinated by Maltese RCC

May I ask why this is not being coordinated by RCC Malta? The survivors were rescued at sea in two SAR events under the coordination of JRCC Libya and so RCC Malta should be issuing instructions to the Aquarius if Maltese authorities has taken over coordination? Please can we clarify this as soon as possible.
