Aquarius addresses coordination request to Spanish and French MRCCs

Aquarius informs Spanish and French MRCCs about the completion of the rescue of the morning of the 23 September. Aquarius updates authorities that there are currently 58 survivors onboard (taking into account the 11 survivors from the rescue of the 20 September), and requests coordination for the search and rescue event.
