Ocean Viking receives a reply by email from ITMRCC denying responsibility in the SAR operations conducted by Ocean Viking.

ITMRCC advises to contact Ocean Viking flagstate SAR authority or the competent SAR authority of the area for the designation of a Place of Safety for the survivors onboard Ocean Viking
