Ocean Viking informs Libyan authorities of altered course.

The Ocean Viking sends an email addressed to LYJRCC, with ITMRCC, MTJRCC and Alarm Phone in copy, informing that the Ocean Viking is altering her course towards the distress position for further investigation.
