Ocean Viking escalates her request for a Place of Safety for the 387 rescued persons onboard.

After three previous requests for the designation of a Place of Safety to the Libyan authorities, Ocean Viking sends an email to ITMRCC, with LYJRCC in copy, requesting assistance in the designation of a Place of Safety for the 387 survivors.
