“After both calls from ITMRCC and Pozzallo HM, Ocean Viking is proceeding to Porto Empedocle where we will contact ITCG/HM on VHF for instructions for disembarkation of survivors. Our ETA is 08h00B
We are advising the survivors now so as to maintain calm and the medical team will continue to treat the cases that need to be cared for. A medical handover will be done upon arrival. “
